Vladan Jovanovic is an operationally-focused investor, business operator, and trusted advisor to private capital allocators and entrepreneurial business owners.

 

He is responsible for the overall management of Lifespan Equity Partners where he partners with seasoned industry executives and capital partners to acquire attractive businesses driven by his differentiated investment theses.     ​​​

Prior to founding Lifespan, Mr. Jovanovic served as a private equity operating executive in several senior roles. ​Prior to private equity operations, he executed M&A and financial restructuring transactions of companies and sovereign wealth funds with Moelis & Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jovanovic served as a corporate governance advisor to public and private corporate boards, including advising the Treasury Department on the deployment of TARP funds during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008.

Mr. Jovanovic is a proud graduate of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, former athlete, and a passionate advocate for youth sports and education. He lives with his family in Boston.
